Owner and operator Anthony Conaway brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in sanitation services across Southwest Virginia. His background includes working with the Town of Haysi Water Treatment Facility and serving within Dickenson County Virginia’s public sanitation services. Through these roles, he gained a deep, practical understanding of sanitation systems, safety standards, and the importance of reliable service in every situation.

From large-scale public operations to individual job sites, Anthony has worked in a wide range of sanitation environments. That experience shows in every job B&B Solutions takes on. We understand what it takes to do the job right the first time, whether it is a construction site, outdoor event, remote location, or residential need.
